Measles outbreak: The loopholes in Canada's vaccination laws

Only two Canadian provinces, Ontario and New Brunswick, mandate vaccination of school-age children, and they offer fairly wide-ranging exemptions. Medical authorities have called for a national registry at least to track which areas are under-vaccinated.
