Recall issued for some Heinz and Mott's children's food products

A recall is in effect for Heinz’s apple, broccoli, pea and brown rice children’s food, as well as Mott’s Fruitsations unsweetened strawberry Fruit Rockets product, due to potential broken seals which would cause spoilage.
