Doctor buys plane, launches local clinics to quickly treat opioid users in small N.L. communities

Dr. Todd Young saw a lack of addiction treatment services in rural areas of Newfoundland and Labrador, so he set up clinics in several locations and bought a plane to do fly-in visits with his patients.
