Bill Blair says Ontario 'made excuses' instead of progress in pot store rollout

Ontario says it can't issue more than 50 new private cannabis store licences because there's not enough national supply, but Bill Blair, the federal minister of border security and organized crime reduction, says the province is just making excuses.
