B.C.'s top doctor advises against travel as 15 new COVID-19 cases and 3 deaths announced

B.C. Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry announced 15 new coronavirus cases in the province on Thursday, bringing the current total to 2,392. Active outbreaks continue in the province's health-care system, Henry said, but there are no new community outbreaks.
