Air Canada employee shocked to be laid off after 32 years because he is legally blind

Air Canada says it tried, but was unable to find a job for Sean Fitzgibbon who is legally blind. A union representative says Fitzgibbon's seniority should have shielded him from the mass lay offs. But for now, the Pointe-St-Charles resident is out of work.
