Montreal, Quebec City to face new restrictions as Quebec tries to fend off 2nd wave of COVID-19

The Quebec regions of Montreal, Quebec City and Chaudière-Appalaches are expected to move to the "moderate alert" orange level under the province's regional alert system by Sunday.
