Quebec expected to make masks mandatory in schoolyards, announce new sports restrictions in red zones

The Quebec government is set to announce an additional set of regulations for sports teams, schools and gyms in the province's red zones Monday afternoon. The new rules will be in place until at least Oct. 28.
