Quebec guarantees COVID-19 vaccine boosters within 90 days of first dose

Amid the urgency of a worsening pandemic, the province has opted to delay the second shot in a two-dose vaccine protocol. It is now saying everyone who has received the first dose will get a booster within "a maximum" 90 days.
