U.S. health officials say Americans fully vaccinated against COVID-19 can stop wearing masks outside

New U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance is that fully vaccinated Americans can forgo masks unless they are in a big crowd of strangers, and those who are unvaccinated can go without a face covering outside in some cases, too.
