Johnson & Johnson talking with FDA about rare cases of Guillain–Barré syndrome after COVID vaccination

Media reports have said the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is expected to announce a new warning on the J&J coronavirus vaccine related to a rare autoimmune disorder. The vaccine has been approved in Canada but never used.
