B.C. man among first Canadians approved for COVID-19 vaccine injury payout

Ross Wightman, who was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome last year following a dose of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine, has been approved for a pain and suffering payout under Canada's Vaccine Injury Support Program.
