Keri Graham knew it was time to bring her son Tyler to the emergency room when he was struggling to breathe and Tylenol would no longer break his fever. But the hospital in Oakville, Ont., said it could no longer handle his case, so he was rushed to a London, Ont., hospital's ICU to be treated for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).
