Yukon's health billing dept demands to see patients' medical records, doctors say

Doctors say sharing complete medical files with the government is a common practice among Whitehorse doctors, even though it's a violation of medical confidentiality. Some doctors who have chosen to protect patients' privacy and not hand over information say they don't get paid.
