Ford speaks as Ontario reports 154 new COVID-19 cases, mostly in Toronto and Peel Region

Twenty-nine of Ontario's 34 public health units reported five or fewer new cases, and 18 of those 29 units confirmed no new cases at all, Minister of Health Christine Elliott noted in a series of tweets.
