'Need is urgent': N.W.T. asks Red Cross, feds for help dealing with COVID-19 outbreak

The Northwest Territories is "rapidly" running through its resources, the health minister said Wednesday, as a COVID-19 outbreak spills into six communities. Now, the territory has asked the federal government and the Red Cross for additional staff and supplies.
