Travellers from South Africa report prolonged stays in quarantine hotels — at taxpayers' expense

CBC News spoke with four Canadians travelling back from South Africa who said they had to wait for an official release from their quarantine hotels — up to 36 hours after their COVID-19 test results came back negative.
