As COVID-19 cases and 4th wave concerns in Quebec mount, so do calls for a vaccine passport

Amid what Quebec officials are calling a worrisome increase in new COVID-19 cases, especially in the Mauricie–Centre-du-Québec region, calls are growing to move ahead with the vaccine passport system in the fall among other stringent measures to slow the spread of more contagious variants.
